Saber Duel, LLC provides free shipping for all returns and refunds in the continental US under the 30-day full refund policy.

Saber Duel, LLC provides free shipping within the continental United States for the Saber Duel, LLC One Year Guarantee.  All orders outside the continental United States may be subject to shipping charges for the Saber Duel, LLC One Year Guarantee.

SHIPPING TIMES

All Saber Duel, LLC products are assembled in the United States with parts from around the world.  Each and every lightsaber is quality tested before shipping.  Custom work goes into several of our saber hilts, therefore shipping times can range from three to twelve weeks depending on availability and custom work done.  Weathering will add an extra two to four weeks before shipped to the customer.  Our weathering techniques are second to none and it is impossible to speed up this process.

Once your order is processed, we will notify you of the expected wait time and keep you updated every step of the way.  In most cases, you will receive your order within 30 days of your order.  If there is a problem in quality, availability, or custom work, we will keep you up to date.  Saber Duel, LLC will always make sure you receive the very best quality and support.

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your order information and a tracking number so that you may track your package and know the exact day it is arriving.  If any shipping problems should arise, you can email us at:  support@saberduel.com and we will provide you with an updated order status within 24 hours.
