RETURN POLICY

FULL REFUND POLICY

Saber Duel, LLC will grant a full refund within a 30-day period of receiving your order.  To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  Blades containing small dents from retention screws are acceptable.  Blades containing major damage or cracks from dueling or over tightening of retention screws may be subject to a subtraction from the full refund.

Simply send us an email at:  support@saberduel.com with “Full Refund” as the subject matter along with a copy of the order receipt that was emailed to you at the time of purchase.  Saber Duel, LLC will reply to your email with a shipping label to print out and attach to the original packaging.  We here at Saber Duel, LLC believe in the quality of our products and will gladly pay for the return shipping if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  If the 30-day period has passed, don’t worry, you are still covered by the Saber Duel, LLC Guarantee (details below).

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on your bank and or payment method.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

THE SABER DUEL GUARANTEE

OUR ONE YEAR GUARANTEE

Saber Duel, LLC takes great pride in the quality of our lightsabers.  After the 30-day full refund policy expires, Saber Duel, LLC still has you covered.  If for any reason your lightsaber stops working properly, we will repair or replace your lightsaber hilt for up to one year from the time of purchase.  This does not include dents and scratches to the hilt from normal use and dueling.  This does not include cracked, dented, or broken blades.  If the internal chassis of your lightsaber no longer functions correctly within one year of the purchase date, we will gladly repair or replace it and cover all shipping costs as well.  Same as our full refund policy, just simply email us at:  support@saberduel.com with the subject line of “Repair or Replace” and a copy of the order receipt that was emailed to you at the time of purchase.

BLADE REPLACEMENT:  Our saber blades both RGB and PIXEL are very strong and are capable of withstanding heavy dueling, however, we understand that blades do take a beating and can sometimes bend or break.  For one year from the time of purchase, Saber Duel, LLC will replace your broken saber blade for half of the retail cost on our website.  Saber Duel, LLC will honor broken blade replacement up to three times in that one-year period.  Send an email to: support@saberduel.com with the subject “Broken Blade” and we will send you instructions on how to obtain a brand-new blade at half the retail cost on our website.  This does not apply to defective blades upon order arrival.  We will of course replace manufacturing defects free of cost if said defect is present at the time it is first removed from the Saber Duel, LLC original packaging.

OUR LIFETIME GUARANTEE

Saber Duel, LLC can not repair or replace broken hilts and blades after a one-year period from time of purchase, but we can provide you with excellent support for the lifetime of your lightsaber.  Certain circumstances may even qualify for discount repairs or replacement.  No matter what the situation is, if you have a problem in the future after your one-year period guarantee, we will be here for you.  Send an email to:  veteran@saberduel.com (this means you are a proud customer of Saber Duel, LLC for over one year) and tell us how we can help you.  As a veteran customer of Saber Duel, LLC you will be treated as VIP’s, and we will do anything we can within reason to support you.
